EVAP-TABS are are the safest and simplest way to prevent biofilm in condensate evaporators.
One tablet placed in the condensate pan, will prevent biofilm formation in the pan and pipework, stopping slime and foul odours, and keeping the unit in a sanitary condition. EVAP-TABS are safe, non-corrosives to copper, aluminium, stainless steel, and galvanised steel. Using a natural biocide, the tablets are safe for evaporation into the atmosphere, and suitable for all types of refrigeration units.
Directions for use;
Place the tablet in the condensate pan, close to the coil, the tablet MUST come in contact with the moving water.
Rinse out evaporator tray annually during maintenance with clean, fresh water, wiping out with a cloth/brush during clean.
