Local food and retail drainage experts, Gel-Clear, celebrated their 10th business anniversary in Darwen on the 17th of September 2022. They will host a celebration for industry guests and customers on the 29th of September. The celebration will take place at Astley Bank Hotel and Conference Centre and include a three-course meal, party, and disco with X factor finalist, “Bupsy’ performing a Tina Turner tribute.
The owner of Gel-Clear discovered a company with a patented solution for biofilms in nuclear bunker drinking water tanks. He partnered with them to create a tablet-based solution and formed Gel-Clear Ltd in 2012.
On a mission to continue fixing drainage-related issues, Gel-Clear went on to develop and manufacture the cabinet condensate drain support in the UK. In 2020, the product won the ACR Refrigeration Maintenance Product of the Year award.
The company now sells its tablets worldwide in partnership with the Sauermann Group.
Since its inception in 2012, Gel-Clear has grown exponentially, selling its products in 15 countries worldwide and winning 6 Industry Awards for their “New to market’ products.
The celebration on the 29th of September will celebrate these victories along with the new products the company plans on releasing to the market.
“It will be great to celebrate and look back at the journey, and to look forward to the future, showing some of our ideas for the next ten years,” says Paurick Gaughan, Managing Director for Gel-Clear.
Gel-Clear will be celebrating its anniversary in Darwen, Lancashire, where its headquarters are. With ten years in business and successful growth without wholesaler support or a sales team, they rely on their product’s merit to continue to be successful.
The company and its managing director, Paurick Gaughan look forward to seeing their partners and company clients at the celebration this month.
