What is Gel-clear?

A tablet that dissolves in the condensate pan, coating all condensate drains preventing biofilm EPS.

Why do I need it?

Biofilm EPS in drains is the primary cause of blocked condensate drains, and condensate pump failure in supermarket display chillers.

How does it work?

It prevents the attachment of biofilm secreting microbes in drains, if it can't attach, it can't secrete.

Does it work with condensate pumps?

Perfectly. Gel-clear's antimicrobial coating protects the pump from the damaging effects of biofilm.

How do I know biofilm slime is the cause of my water leaks?

A free trial of Gel-clear will reveal how many of last year's leaks were caused by biofilm by elimination. It won't cost you a penny to find out.

Is it safe to use?

Yes, NSF approved for food preparation areas and compliant with the EU Biocidal Products Directive.

Is it expensive?

It costs around £240.00 for an engineer to unblock one condensate drain. Absorbent strips cost around £38.00 for one day, to manage the leaking water produced by one blocked condensate drain. One Gel-clear tablet costs £15.99 and will prevent blocked condensate drains for one year.

Does it work in Freezers?

Gel-clear works in any HVACR unit that produces condensate waste water, and has a drain.

Why would I choose Gel-clear?

It is the only product effective in ALL the drains, from the coil, out to the highway sewer.
